Joe "Greenwood"
Greenwood has been in radio since the tender young age of 15. He started on 92.7 The Voice of Knox College as a high school sophomore. It was the first time the on-air light flicked on he knew this was what he wanted to do. After doing college radio at Western Illinois University and Southern Illinois University, he eventually made his was to Peoria in 2002. He has spent time on just about every station in Peoria over the last 7 years until he made his way to 102.3 Max fm in November of 2007.

Best Moment in Radio (So Far): That is a tough one. This is such a great job, sometimes I can't believe I get paid to do what I do. I have gone to a ton of great concerts, met some of my rock heroes, and been on stage in front of thousands of people. Honestly though, I would say my best moment in radio was the brief period that I wasn't in radio. It helped be realize just how lucky I am to be in radio. (dude, that was gay) Fine, It is always fun seeing the look on people's face when we give away huge prizes. I have given away two Harley's, a jet ski, a trip to see the Police, tickets to Bears playoff games, and thousands of dollars. Honestly, that never gets old.
Lugnut
Lugnut began his radio career in the summer of 1997 as Jamie Markley's intern at Rock 106. After spending a year as Jamie's sidekick, errand runner, and performing crazy radio stunts, he spent the next 6 years DJ'ing at various rock stations in central Illinois, including working with Mike Stechman at I-97 in Bloomington. After a long hiatus, he returned to rock radio with 102.3 Max FM in the summer of 2009. He's currently doing weekends and producing remotes. He's thrilled to be back working on the same station with Jamie, Joey, and Mike, as well as the same company with other Rock 106 alumns like Rick Hirschmann, Scott Roher, and Scott Robbins, and looking forward to making many more great radio memories!
